I just don't know how I'm getting these $200+ quotes. Most of the quotes have been $160ish just for the glass and then $40-$50 for install/resealing. I have the current plexiglass window in their now so in theory, they should be able to use that are they template and remark where the handle holes should go and I'd be in business. Seems like most glass shops I have been calling either don't do camper top glass or seem to be sky high on price

OleRomer; I am interested in doing this to my camper as well. I am curious about the weatherproofing and mounting of the sheeting. I am thinking of riveting and butyl tape. Do you have any insight on the build? TIA

Just bought my first Taco: 2004 V6 extended cab Prerunner SR5. Need a canopy for my 2 dogs, and someone is giving away a nearly identical Innovation canopy with a broken side slider window.

My question: how hard (or smart) is it to install a similar Yakima rack on top for toys and light duty Lumber use. I have an old Yakima rack setup from a 2006 Matrix that mounted with Q towers above the doors.

Here's a picture of the free canopy. It swoops upward going toward the back, and so I figure the back rail would be best installed lower down, so it's level. True?

How much weight would an Innovation canopy with a side mounted Yakima rack hold? Basically I want the same setup as the original post.
