You are correct lol. Upgrades and modifications are only about 8k. I'll post a list later when I get off work. It's a pretty sweet list I think. I need to get some opinions on it though.

if nobody else will say it, i will….please dont come home and blow all your money! ive been in your shoes…i sat in iraq watching all that hard money just build up, blew it on bullshit when i got home…second deployment, thought i would be smarter..but months after getting back i bought an 09..that i dont regret that much lol but! be smart, pay it off and please dont blow all that cash man..make payments on the truck(assuming you were like me and had about zero credit history), payoff cards, and/or save half! wish i would just gave my dad half to get out of my sight, cause when it rains…

just my two cents, hope your smarter than me and make that money hard earned money actually do something positive for you..

good info, but dont worry. i have had $5000 saved for a few years just for a rainy day. i havnt pulled any money out of that account ever and i just keep throwing little bits in every month or so to keep it building.

you are absolutly right. when it rains, it pours. ive got some backup just in case though

sounds like a good list. since you are replacing all the parts anyways, you might as well buy a lower model truck without all the bells and whistles since you are gonna replace half of it anyway. save yourself a couple grand
