I've trying to reach out to them as well, but their voicemail box is full - and the email form isn't working.

Billy is very busy but he always picks up my call. It takes him a day or so to respond to texts/e-mails but as said, he’s busy. Once he sees the e-mail, he will send you an e-mail back with a quote and a link to pay. Try calling him. Just google brute force fab, contact info shows up.

Do you have an email? There’s nothing on the website; just a form.

Didn’t you just say he responds to emails?

the e-mail was to quote, look at the other threads, he is not responsive to e-mails and when I meant e-mails I meant the billing from intuit once you’ve told him what you want. You will have a few days to pay the invoice he sends you. Like many people have said he’s pretty much a one man operation. Guy is trying to pump out work for all the orders.

A little of this and a little of that
Billy makes great stuff and like others said, he is a one man shop. If you do place an order with him, mentally prepare yourself to wait a while. It took 7-8 months to get my bumpers and that was years ago.

I could’ve had it sooner but my schedule didn’t work out.
