Well, I had a chance to put this front bumper and winch to the test today. My parents neighbor Burried his F-150 up to the frame in a muddy access road on his property.

I winched him right out no problem with this set up. I'm very impressed with this bumper.

 

Bed cage and sliders arrived today.

Fresh coat of paint for the bed cage. Install tomorrow night


Sliders to be welded on next weekend. Hopefully...

 

Got the bed cage I n. The range seemed like a good spot for some pics.

Didn't notice I got my Wife shooting in the pic until later.








Then, when I got home, I threw the RTT on and tried it out. I didn't like the color when I ordered it. It looks better in person though.

Did you weld sliders yourself or did you find a shop nearby to do them? I have a set laying around and am hoping to find a shop with experience.

 

A welder where I work is doing me a favor and welding them on for me.

Bed liner top coat:



Howdy, I have a question for you. What bed liner brand did you use? And was it roll on or spray on (looks like spray from the pics). I'm prepping a used Pelfreybilt bumper and would like to achieve that same finish.

By the way. Your truck came out great! Well done. I really like that bed liner tailgate too.

 

I could be wrong but it appears to be rustoleum spray on bedliner

Sweet. Did you go Bruteforce as well? I like that Billy makes the cage with legs that bolt right into the bed bolts. Rather than on top of the bed sides.

Honestly, they never bothered me before. It's probably better now.
