Yes, that and the fact that a three link does not bind as much as a four link does, however, for most people they would never use all that a good four link will provide.

Yea keep that popcorn flowing! It's bound to get better.

I was lucky enough to wheel the Beast as it was before, I can only imagine what it will be capable of after this segment is done. Guess I'll have to go back out to find out! :D

Yesterday Dan and I went to the shop and I finally recieved the material for the links but it wasn't the right material. I ordered 2.25 DOM and got 2.25" OD with .250 thick walls 4130 chromoly. Now since I paid for DOM, I'm not gonna complain. [IMG]

But since it is chromoly and it is thick stuff, I have to have it TIG welded.

Jordon came iin and we cut it all down and fit the bungs and then he's taking it to get it tig welded for me. Cool stuff.

    DSC01444Copy_c054e70484763d85d868ba0e0e60c835cd417d5d.jpg

Then we set one of the rear tires where it'll be and shot a couple of pictures. Now people, I know these are directional tires and this tire should go on the other side so don't flame me.

Next week we should get it back on the ground on all four wheels.

    A few bolts are different.
More like no one with a normal budget would be able to do this.

    It takes special circumstances...
