So when I did the three link in the rear we had to cut off the exhaust which was good because I didn't like the one on there.

I went and got a maganaflow round muffler from Summit racing and had it put on.

It's a straight through design and I thought it was going to be loud and rude sounding but it is quiter than the one before and provides a nice throaty sound to the truck. No more sounding like a truck on it's last legs.

I had to take it under the top link and over the lower link like Crozhawk did to clear everything but it works great.
It dumps out just above and behind the rear axle where it should be.

Now i'm going to wrap it with some heat shield and finish up the wiring to make it all nice and tidy and hit the trails next weekend.

Running 41" tires on a street driven truck can be fun, especially if they are not balanced. I drove this truck and it did really well until I got to around 60mph with no weights with these new tires and it did very well. But when I got to 62 and above it felt like the world was coming apart. The thing shook and bounced all over the place. I thought it was going to shake apart.

i tried regular balancing but the amount of weight it took to TRY and get it balanced was crazy.

Enter Dyna Beads. I'd heard of these before but never tried them. I thought what the heck. I"ve got nothing to loose at this point except $60 so I ordered some.

They come in packages for all types of vehicles from motor cycles to Big Rigs and everything in between.

The ones for offroad tires are bigger than the ones for regular tires and thus you have to take the tire off the bead to put them in. No biggie, I've got bead locks.

So Dan I went to work and pulled off all the tires and pulled off all the bead lock rings.

We then put 8 oz of beads into each tire and closed them back up. You have to open each 8 oz package and pour the contents into the tire. Put the tires back on the truck and headed for the freeway. We got up to 60 mph and so far so good. at 65 there was a slight shake that went away at 67 and then was glass smooth all the way up to 80 when I decided it probably wasn't wise to run those big tires at that speed. To say I was surprised was an understatement. Those tiny beads, only 8 oz in each tire took away all that shaking and shuttering. Amazing.

here is a video of how they work.

If you put a comma between tires and butt this sentence would read pretty freaky
