bull bar and lift kit

    3 in body lift, 3 in suspension , 35 pro comp xtreme m/t, deck plate mod, eagle wheels, dumped exhaust, grey wire mod, system with two 10's, Black/chrome westin bull bar. window tint
    If I get a westing bull bar on my 1st gen, will i need some more lift in the front to keep my tires from rubbing from the weight. Im not sure the weight of those bull bars (with skid plate)

    You should be fine. I have the full Westin brush guard and it doesn't add much weight. No rubbing.

    i have the aries bull bar and im sure they weigh the same they weigh like 20 pounds at the most they are not heavy

    Yeah you should definately be fine, now if it was an arb bumper then yes better upgrade.

    Yeah - my brush guard was ~90 lbs. I think you're fine.

    If a Bull bar weights your car down so much you need a lift you have issue or week springs...

    Now if it was a full bumper that was solid 1/2 inch steel and was over 600 pounds that is another story..

    a bull bar wont weigh down your front end.....they are very lightweight.

    Slap and real bullbar on there and add a winch. Then you can start to worry about lift options. I have an ARB and Warn M8000 on the front of the FJ with 0 suspension mods and have perhaps 1/2" sag after the springs settled.
