Bumper and Rust

    Anti-thief tailgate, anytime rear-view camera, anytime locker mod
    I have a 2010 with >4k and already have a good amount of spot rusting on my right rear bumper. I tried to take a picture for everyone, but all you could see is the reflection in the bumper. Is this covered under my factory warranty? If not, what should I do?

    3in revtec lisf westin step bars and westin bull bar and some other odds and ends
    yes warranty will cover it
    we had a 99 before all the rust troubles and it had chrome peel and make the bumper rust and the put a whole new factory bumper on free
