My wife is visiting her sister for two weeks while she's (sister) is having a baby which means I can drive the car for two weeks, so the truck will sit in the garage and get a face lift, the plan is to get a winch ready plate bumper cut, shaped, tacked together, then put the stock bumper back on and finish welding, grinding, smoothing my creation, once I get a better suspension set up and a winch ill install it.

Here is the last bumper I built
    [IMG]

The taco bumper will be a mix of CBI and brute force style, a little lighter than the ford bumper it will be 3/16 for the center section and 10 gauge (just over 1/8) for the sides, since I don't do any heavy offroading I don't need it to be extremely heavy duty, ill be buying material on Saturday and starting Sunday afternoon, lots of pics and details to come

After the ford bumper I had a lot of requests for dimensions and drawings which I never kept track of, I'll make sure I make drawings of all the prices incase anyone is interested

Unhappy with the look of what I had I cut off the gussets and gave if some shape
    [IMG]
After I was happy with what I had I started cutting cardboard to shape around the headlights
    [IMG]
And then start cutting steel and filling in the gaps to a shape I was happy with

I cut a few more plates and started welding, then ran out of wire so I cut the access holes and a viewing hole for the winch, I still need to cut the 2pc skid plate and tow points
