OK so I need a couple of paint touch ups on my 2012 nautical blue Tacoma. Got the paint code off of the door frame and it is 8S6. No problem there. The rear bumper also needs some touch up. It is a semi-gloss black. Looked online several places to get an idea of what the Toyota paint code would be for my truck. No luck. Asked the dealer but they were no help. Anybody know where to find a paint code for this color or point me in the right direction?

Thanks Fitz. I've run into this chart before. The question is is the bumper black 202 or 1011439?

Sorry man, I just re-read your post, and noticed the black bumper part. I won't be much help, other than I read a couple of reviews/descriptions of the 202, and it sounds like the exterior color of the black (non black sand pearl) (used on the 2011+ Tacomas) paint used on the bodies, not bumpers. The 1011439 might be it. The color swatches on the site I listed, look pretty descriptive. That one does look duller than the other black (202). You could either call the 800 number, or just take a chance. I can't see it costing more than maybe what $12? Obviously test on something other than the bumper to check.

Thanks again Fitz. I'm leaning toward the 1011439 but not sold on it. Wish the dealer had more support. I am going to try to stop by a local body shop this weekend and get their input although they will want to remove it and paint the whole thing. Otherwise as you say, I will get a sample and see how it looks.
