I just swapped out the leaf pack and rear shocks on my 2017 with an OME setup. At the same time, I replace the bushings and pins in the leaf pack itself. What I didn't account for was the bushing and pin between the shackle and frame; and looking at guides on the internet, seems most people don't either (unless they are changing out from the stock shackle). It looks like a different bushing, but the same pin as the leaf pack eyes. Is it? Should I replace these too?

Its up to you. I replaced everything but I replaced the shackel because it was easier than rehabilitate the originals.

What's the logic behind the greasable pin on the shackle to frame, but not on the shackle to leaf?

    Greasable pin on top rubs.

Ahh, I ran into that too. I used one of the original pin washers under the head of the greasable bolt and that gave enough room for the bolt/nut to not rub.

I thought about trying that but I was tired of playing with it.
