Buying used...anything to watch for?

I'm looking at a 2005 Access Cab 4wd with 4cyl and 5sp with 75k miles. It's nothin' too fancy, but looks to be solid (no noticeable paintwork, etc.).

Is there anything that I should pay special attention toward? Thanks!

Above are some issues. Nothing really major tsb's like Frontiers and Ranger have. I think the biggest is the rear Leaf springs ($30 fix). With some miles on the truck, If there was a problem u would hope the prior owner took care of it.
