    I had an offer from someone on the pirate 4x4 forums to sell me his tires, probably dealing with $1k, he's willing to do paypal which I assume is safest way since I've used it forever. But never had anyone f me over essentially. He sent me about 6 pictures of the tires when I asked him and the reason he's selling is because they are to large for his samuri. How do I go about sending him the money safely with out Fing myself?

    Send it via PayPal, if he does not follow through with the transaction, file a complaint through PayPal, and they should be able to reverse the transaction if he does not end up sending the merch. Then it's up to him to prove that he did in fact ship the product.
