Does anyone have experience with a buzzing sound that comes from the front passenger side of the vehicle while pushing down the gas pedal? I have a 2018 offroad access cab and it seems to appear while I'm driving at 60+ MPH and only makes the sound when the gas pedal is pushed.

It almost sounds like it's coming from the door speaker, but it still happens with the radio off and doesn't fluctuate in intensity.

Any ideas what it is or how to fix it? I'm planning on bringing it up with the dealership when I take it in for the free oil change but I bought the truck 3 weeks ago so it's going to be a while.

Same problem here on my 2016 SR access cab, seems to be behind the monitor for me. its worse when temps drop. I will also be bringing it up to my dealer

Yeah that sounds like the same issue, thanks ... unfortunately no fix in the other thread.

I took a stab at fixing this last weekend and seem to have had success. For anyone comparing symptoms, it sounded like a fly buzzing around around down by my passenger side speaker.

I went after the ECM mounts like the above linked thread mentioned, but everything seemed pretty tight so I left it alone. I did notice some plastic pieces that were very loose and could possibly vibrate, so I snugged them up with some thin, adhesive backed rubber.

These are the trouble makers. The first one was up against the sidewall and the other were some plastic clips underneath the door sill trim.

Closeup of the side wall noise maker:

I added some then adhesive backed rubber underneath to dampen vibration and make things snug:

Here it is put back together:

Here are the plastic clips I was talking about. They are pretty easy to get to, just pull up the plastic trip that runs along the door seal.

I put some rubber underneath and along the sides to dampen vibration.

I've been driving around for about a week after doing this and haven't heard the buzzing since. I can't say for sure these were actually causing the noise, but so far so good.

Did the fix for the plastic trim pieces end up working and stop the buzzing issue?

The issue hasn't returned since doing it. I can't find it, but I remember a post from a while back talking about a similar noise coming from a plastic screw cover thing all the way up near where the floor and the glove box meet on the passenger side. It's just a little piece of plastic sticking up from the floor, so you may want to try pushing on that/tighting it up before disassembling anything.

I just tried putting rubber strips on all those pieces shown in the pictures and the buzzing is still happening. It's driving me insane. Does anyone else have suggestions?
