Every once and a while we will do an install for a customer, but its not very common. We are only setup as a manufacturing shop right now and do not have the room to also have an installation department.

The bumper will work with the TRD Pro skid without any modifications. We recommend any 8-10k winch of your preference as long as it has the separate solenoid control box that can be remotely mounted inside the bumper. Most integrated style winches will be too tall.

@C4 Fabrication. Seriously thinking about buying this bumper with the led light. Just curious about installing the led bar. Is it something that has to connect to the battery? Last time i mess with the battery my anti theft alarm was going crazy. Didnt want that to happen again.

Also, im thinking of using the angle grinder to cut the bunper, is that something that would work?

    Thanks

anyone install one with a Rigid light bar? I think the midnight series would look amazing in this bumper.

Yes the light must connect to the battery. Lights typically come with a wiring harness for easy installation.
An angle grinder could be used, but I wouldn't recommend it. Its too easy for one to get caught in the material and get away from you while you are cutting. You would need to be extremely steady to make sure you do not cut into a portion of the plastic that does not need to be cut.

I do not know of anyone that has done it yet, but a Rigid SR series light should bolt up to our mounting tabs that are provided inside the bumper.

@C4 Fabrication can you actually mount a 7"-6" round lights on top of the grill bar or at the bottom of the bar? I'm looking to install some PIAA LED round 6" spot light lamps or the ARB 7" round intensity spot lights.

Is the c4 lo pro winch bumper heavy enough that it will lower your truck? Trying to figure out size of leveling kit to purchase

Can anyone post up some recommendations for priming/painting and /or powder coating? I am ready to pull the trigger on this bumper, but I noticed that powder coating is not offered. This is the only thing in the past I have not tackled. Would like to be able to do it myself in my garage. Thanks!

Typically the bumper by itself wont cause much sag. Typically people report 1/4" or a bit more. If a winch is added along with the bumper, typically we see about 1/2"-5/8" sag. Of course those numbers vary a bit depending on how many miles your truck has on it and whether it is a Pro or other trim.

    Thanks!

If you would like to handle the job at home we suggest wiping down the steel with some sort of wax/grease remover, then sand the bumper with some heavy duty scotch brite or light grit sand paper to rough up the surface and help the paint to stick. You will want to put down a coat of self etching primer, then do a couple coats of the final bumper color over that.

Could someone tell me if this bumper is compatible with the stock skid plate on a 2016 TRD OR? Thanks.
