Making this thread to show off the C4 lo pro bumper and experience with c4 fab

So after adding my full suspension i wanted to finally start on the armor portion of the truck. I already had a aluminum rear bumper sitting in my garage so then i wanted to do the front end. I dig the pelfrey and all pro bumpers but i like my front end a lot and not wanting to wait 3 months to get it. Also pay a crap ton for shipping. So I did my researched and came across the 4runner lo pro bumper and I was on a hunt for one for a 2nd gen taco.

After a few hours on the forum came across this one from C4 Fabrication with a 15% discount and 4 week lead time. I had to drive to CO for eye surgery so we made a time 5 weeks after for when i would be passing through for him to install for me. Caleb (the owner) was very well to work with especially when i showed up to the shop past closing hours. His shop was nice and had a few bumpers lying around making me want a full bumper haha.

So got to the shop and he quoted me for 4 hours for install time. Long story short it took him 45 mins by himself to do the full install. if you ever installed an aftermarket grill on your taco and cut your front grill. Its just as easy if not easier. Overall if i did this whole install by myself i would say it would take me hour and half if i used a Dremel.

Overall great customer service. great shop. great quality bumper. He will definitely have more of my money and my friends coming his way. Caleb was very pleasant to work with. Had the bumper on for 24 hours and got many compliments.

    Update: installed a warn xd9000

If your talking about under the light bar. That's for winch controls. So you can fit your hand in there to put the remote or whatever. But I think if you aren't going to run a winch he just won't make the cutouts

LOL but it follows the lines of the bumper which the plastic trimming was. So it looks like an added option from factory

I paid $595 for the bumper with the light bar cut and the stinger (hoop).
Then $175 for powder coat and install

I've had my trigger finger on this buy button for about a week now. Awesome to hear a positive review!

Can I ask what he charged for install? I'm in MN - so a road trip isn't completely out of the question - but for now was just planning on having it shipped and powdercoated locally.

    nm!

Yeah I'm up in North Dakota so had to drive right thru his city when going to co. But the install would be super easy. But if you drive to him you can see mt Rushmore and play in the black hills. If your a family man that would be the selling point hahaha

Yeah I can't find it either right now but the Hawaii guys started it, or I might been getting it mixed up I'm not sure hahahaha but I think he'll be doing another discount for tax season like everyone haha

Thanks so much for posting up pics and a review! It helps spread the word about our product for sure.
Right now we do not have a GB going on. We are considering one sometime this spring though.
