I've had the HC rear bumper for over a year now and I'm in love with it. It's been essential in our camping trips. With the tailgate, using fold down table creates a very large workspace for cooking/bartending and gear organization. I tricked the bumper out with all the options and the high side bush bars are great for standing on to reach the roof rack or RTT.

Keep in mind, they ship everything raw steel so you'll have to have it powder-coated - but that gives you an option to customize the color to your truck if you want.

Any specific questions about the bumper I can answer?

Thanks for pointing that out that they don't have the powder coating option, I will keep that in mind. What did it cost you to have yours coated? I live up in Canada so I am going to get dinged $350-$450 for shipping so that is already driving the cost up for me. I'm going through South Dakota in August for a Vacation so I may try to co-ordinate something at their shop for that time, but I do not believe they are set up to do installs. I'll figure something out!

Those rims looks pretty crazy! What make are they??

It was $200 to PC the rear bumper and all of the parts and a front bumper at the same time.

They are working on a new rear bumper with dual swing-outs - it should be listed on their website fairly soon. If you order one, just let them know you don't need it shipped and they will refund the shipping cost to you and you can pick it up and check out their shop.

I talked my wife and kids into driving through South Dakota for Father's Day in 2017 and I picked up my bumpers at C4 in Sturgis. Had to rent a small UHaul trailer though, the bumper(s) would not fit in the bed. But it saved me $300 in shipping to Colorado and we had a great time camping and road-tripping.

I'm running Black Rhino Armory (17") rims in black - they've also been great... @mesojdm has them in the quicksand color that match his ride.

How do you like this bumper with swing out in day to day life? Any noise or dings on the body/tailgate from the bumper?

The swing out is fine day-to-day.
I don't have to get in the bed everyday - maybe once every one or two weeks to pick large items up from stores or whatever.

No issues at all with tailgate or body dings - the tailgate locks in place in two configurations when open - one that is 90 degrees and another that is swung wide at about a 102 degree angle from closed. It's opened wide in one of the pics above with the green hills (camping in Oregon) and open in the tighter configuration in the night shot (you can see the difference between the tailgate and the table).

No extra noise or anything at all with the bumper installed - the swing-out hinge is a lubed bearing - it swings really easily.
