Every now and then I bash the hell out of my knee getting in or out and it almost feels like I'm going to break my knee. Has anyone made any modifications by adding some sort of impact foam or cutting part of the dash?

I could always slide my non power seat back but it's Friday... :duh:

+1. Foam sounds like part of the solution. It would be difficult to eliminate rubbing on the door side, but for the center side I removed the little cubby and theres a perfect cutout for my knee now, but alas I have more than just a right knee and I still hit when getting in and out.

Nissan 370z's have a kneepad for the centermost knee but its on the side of the knee. I found this very comfortable when I had the chance.

Its certainly possible to CMC the dash... I know someone out there is able to do it, they just need market
