I was looking at the Airaid CAI and noticed its just the heat box and the filter. Its the only one i seen like that. Does using the factory tube have any drawbacks, disadvantages to using a CAI with the tube or a stainless steel one?

Also I need a CAI thats emmissions legal in CA. Is Airaid that?
