Never been a huge fan of red but this red is pretty nice tbh the early years of this color was kinda meh thou

 

Yea, Ive never been a red fan but on the truck it looks pretty good. the 3rd gen barcelona red looks great.

 

ya im not sure when they changed the colors slightly with it but i know the 12 and up have a different hue

 

after taking a look at the truck after these pics ive noticed the rear leaves are starting to sag.. so its most likely time to start looking at suspension instead of using old hand me downs that i had lying around.

 

You know what I find funny? Back when I had my 13 Tacoma I always wanted the 15 head unit. I wanted the back up camera in the display I thought it looked nicer as well... Well the only thing good about this shit head unit is it looks nicer..... It likes to randomly turn off lose connection and other bs... Going to be looking for a new head unit here soon so if anyone knows of one they would go with let me know!

 

Have you checked to see if there are any updates you can download or if there are any connection issues on the backside?

 

no i havent my 13 i never messed with it from the day i got it and it worked great this one.... since day one i got it the thing likes to be finicky and ive read around that its kinda normal on the 15s unit. so the plan is to upgrade and also upgrade all the speakers. gotta have my wubs!

 

Ah, didn't know it was a known thing. Good luck in the audio hunt. Never been an audiophile so I've never changed anything in the audio of a vehicle.

 

I wish I would have bought Pioneer's DMH-WC5700NEX for the built-in wireless Android Auto and HD radio but I bought the DMH-1770NEX cause I'm cheap.

 

im really not but i like good audio and the access cab after a certain year sucks... they remove the speakers in the rear doors and put it in the headliner.. like really why lol so id like to get the rear ones put in and put new speakers in and a small sub just so i can have some better bass for da wubs!

Yeah, important things I'll spend extra, but a stereo isnt as important as top quality mechanical parts...

 

ya i feel that haha atm id like to upgrade my unit but im also looking at hopefully two different bikes this year so that will be my main focus this year haha

ya so i never knew it either until i got mine and was wondering where i was hearing audio from. they use to have door speakers but that was 05-08 unlessss you were a Canadian model they would have them. so gonna pull the door cards from a buddys 2010 to take his speaker mounts to put them in my truck

 

now hear me out here.... i always wanted a certain type of tacoma but could never find one so why not build it to make it right?

this. ya in a sort its upbadging but meh i wont really care.. ive always wanted a tx pro but couldnt ever find one... but now i have the same red as this one here and someone is now making the remake of the wheels but in 17s so its tempting..

 

Pretty sure I saw somebody showing that Toyota still offers the rock warriors but they don't have pics so you have to know the new part number. If I see it again I'll let you know.

 

so the oe baja wheels are gone and vin locked plus 16s, the rock warriors are from the tundra and wont work on the tacoma

 

I just mwant the style. I think they had listed them for the Tundra, Taco, and 4R, but I might be misremembering.
