    Just a few dont tell the wife!!!
    Ok so i got a place were i can do it will all the tools needed but i dont have a hoist?
    Is this gonna make this impossible to do??
    i know i gotta drop the diff out and cut the cross member
    just wanna hear from so of u guy/gals that have done ur own install.

    I helped and it wasnt that hard. Just make sure you have the right tools that always makes it easier.

    !!!!!!!I never have but I guess it all depends on how comfortable you feel doing it yourself. If you have all of the tools/space why not give it a shot? Just research like crazy first until you're real comfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    well ill be doing it at my father in-laws farm hes got a heavy duty mech shop there so hes got all the tools and know how im sure.
    my only problem is its 130miles from anything and if something comes up i cant just run to the store u know.
    Any suggestions?? i called a local shop and they wanted 1400 bucks
