    About 50 of us with superchargers pioneered this 1st with fantastic results. Noticeable power increase down low and I gained over 20 miles per tank. I highly recommend these for supercharged trucks.

    Quick update 9 months later. Just let this tank run to near empty, light wasn’t on yet though. Filled up till the pump stopped, 19.2 gallons and I drove 323.7 miles. If my maths are correct, that’s 16.8MPG. Much better than the 14.5-15 I was getting before the gears.

    Alright.... finallly. I got around to doing 3 things.

    1. doing a log under repeatable conditions (ambient temp etc) with the 3deg gears + XPT intake manifold spacer.
    2. Going back and verifying that the cam gears were installed the right way (mine had the chamfer on one side so visually easy to see). I was 99.9% sure I got them on the right way the first time but in the back of my head I never knew 100% for sure as I didn't take pics after I installed them. They were on the right way. Was able to only have to pull the pass side valve cover, driver was able to view through the oil fill tube.
    3. during this process pulled the XPT intake manifold spacer for MPG science

    Ill be giving the truck some drive time to relearn fuel trims etc then do another log. Tune staying exactly the same.

    Thing of note.

    On the 2012+ trucks with the SAIS system, take a 7/16ths 6 point socket and for the two vertical studs that hold the whole valve assembly on after pulling the nuts off use that 7/16ths socket to pull the stud. This will make removal and reassembly SOOOOOOO much easier (due to the rear facing hard tube having studs)

    For those of you who have paid a shop to install these, how many hours did they charge you and what was the total damage? Debating about having the valve cover gaskets replaced and doing this at the same time.
