Anyone else having this issue were only on extreme bottoming out the Camburg uniball bolt (pretty tall) starts to hit the wheel well (where a strut tower that a shock attaches to on a car)?

I suppose a spacer under the OE bump stop would be the band aid until the uniballs wear out and I go with something lower profile...

Will try to post from my phone later. Its not hitting so hard that its breaking through, but you can see the love taps and feel it. Maybe because I put in wheelers super bumps, cut down about a 1/4" to fit the 1st gen better? Doesn't seem to be a problem for other people so I think thats the case, in which I'll just put spacers on the OEM bump stops still at the back of the LCA- cheaper that swapping the uniballs out for Icon Deltas- will wait for the uniballs to wear out first.

What are you doing to take the arm go that high? Is the coilover installed?

Running at speed on nasty fire roads and BLM areas in SoCal trying to be like these Bro-lean pre-runners. On both 5100s and Icons- IMO just a little spacer on my back bump stop might do the trick- for sure a low profile joint like Icon's Delta would do the trick- plus would be nice to know its sealed, but I don't want to spend that coin just yet.

Its not hitting hard enough to cause damage from the looks of it, but its annoying.

Hole saw to the fender well. Problem solved :p

Not just a joke - it's happened before, but it might not be what you want to do...

I know some sport compact guys that do it when they go flush. Its not really hurting things from the look of it- eventually the uniball will be in need of replacement, a delta will go in and problem should be solved.

that uniball-arm was probably designed for a truck with a lift that's higher than your's is. one that will set the UCA down a little lower at rest when installed. sorry, youre just going to have to get a bigger lift :alien:
