I read that Camry alloy wheels fit 07 Tacoma (5 studs). Can anybody confirm this... Anyway, what happens if I install alloy wheels without the TPMS in it?

Alloy and steel wheels have different sensors. If you don't swap it over, you'll get a low pressure warning. You might be able to swap the valve stems over (if both are alloy) and get the "feature" back.
