can 33x13.50's be mounted on 18x9's

I would like to put 33x13.50x18's on 18x9's. Will they mount okay?

13.5 inch wide tires are not made to be squeezed onto 9 inch wide rims. you probably need 12-14 inch wide rims for that size tire
