I plan on installing 5100s at 1.75 and an AAL. I just got the 5100s, but the AAL might not come in by the weekend. If I install the 5100s this weekend and I install the AAL the following weekend, can the alignment wait till after the AAL? I'll probably drive around 250 miles during the week. Thanks for your help in advance!

It can wait forever if you want, I wouldn't recommend it. 250mi will put some wear on your tires but, it's probably livable and just rotate them a bit earlier you should be ok. Just take it easy at first and test out your handling to make sure it's not wondering around, pulling under braking, ect.

You shouldn't need a front wheel alignment after installing just the AAL. So I would get it done right after installing the new struts.

Also, some alignment shops do sell a deal/guarantee for say 1 year of alignments. So for (arbitrary number here) say $120, you get a year's worth of aligning. That'd be what I'd look for and get 'r done asap both times.
