Did a front end conversion recently can't wait to show off. But Im wondering if anyone knows the exact size of the nut that goes under the hood to hold down the scoop it's a total of 4. I bought them from the dealer ship but somehow lost them. I am trying to gather Info to pick them up at a hardware store. Thank you for any input.

But size got my attention, nut size diverted me away lol.

Did a search on Google and found a thread from another member in the same situation, it appears that the rivets and nuts may not be included. Oddly, I commented in that thread too lol. You could try verifying with the Parts Dept at your dealership.

    Anyways, here’s the thread:

Thanks for your reply @Island Cruiser I had bumped into that thread as well but no useful info on a size. Guess I'll just reorder again from toyota just to be safe. Thanks !

Just take the scoop or studs into a hardware store to figure out what fits rather than paying inflated dealership prices.

So the nuts on the scoop of my 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport rattled loose and almost flew off on the highway. I pulled in to Auto Zone and this is the set I bought. Even bought locking washers for the purpose. Cost about $7.
