Can anyone tell me what lift is on this truck???

I like the look and level of this truck (see link). I'm new to TW... and would like my truck to 'sit' like this one. Any guesses on what was used to get this mild lift? Thanks for any help!

Well in the first pic it looks like a 6 inch with 305s, but if you look close it looks like a revtec or daystar in the first pic

and in this pic you can see that there is no new cross member and the tires look like 285s


So it looks like a 3 inch spacer with probably a block in the rear with motometals
