I am installing my Bilstein 5100s in month after I get back from deployment. Once I get the adjustable front Billy's installed with a particular height setting to level, how difficult would it be to change the height setting once the shocks are installed? I'm going to do this myself, but I am not positive which height setting to use. Will I have to completely uninstall the shock to change the setting?

you will have to take it off the truck

adjusting a 5100 isnt like threading a locking ring up or down; the coil needs to be off the shock and/or compressed so that the bottom seat can be moved and locked into place

And to answer original question, no they cannot be adjusted while installed on the vehicle.
