So your light is on and you have no sensors in the wheels?

Where did you get the oil cap at?

Yeah, I am thinking that my old wheels had the sensors in it now that I think about it. I will have to wait until I get back to texas to see.

I got the cap online off of a website. I had the link saved to my computer but I had to re-image it so I lost all of my links.

It was only like $12.00 but the shipping was $13.00 so I dont recommend ordering one because of the shipping costs. I try not to buy from companies that rape you on shipping and handling.

Might be something on a Taco and not on the Tundra.

EDIT: Unless you still have the Tacoma...

Yeah, the manual says if the light is on, check tie pressures including the spare. If it is blinking, there is a bad sensor. I would just like to disable the system completely.

Tech... I have a suggestion for your original post. Since I imagine this thread will get really large and it will become difficult to sift through it for specific answers, I bet you'll start getting repeat questions and such.

You should edit your original post from time to time to add questions that have been asked and links to them w/in the thread. Something like this:

Can I get the Japan-made 90915-20004 oil filters?

Is there a 'weak paint' TSB?

    etc...

A great example of this kind of 'first post index' is in the Cheap/Free Mods thread. Just a suggestion.

    Devon,

I bought the truck with about 34,000 miles on it. It never got the TSB performed and it has 38,000 miles on it.

What do you recommend for towiing a 2,000lb trailer?

    Thanks,

    Bill

Have you had issues with towing to date?? If you haven't had any problems...Why try to fix them??

Cause a 2000# trailer shouldn't be a real issue for the truck. You can throw in an AAL for some lift or get some custom bent springs to keep the stock height and improve load handling...but making changes like that might change the ride too..

Go tow it first and let me know how it does. Don't try and solve a problem if there isn't one to be solved.
