Had a tire and wheel swap done no sensors in the rims and no warning lights, and no complaints on my end. could this have be done with techstream.

Where's the tire/wheel you took off? In the bed ... if so guess what the truck thinks its still mounted. Even if the old wheel is in the garage near your truck the truck thinks it's still on the truck. Next time you go over say 70mph your light will come on if the old wheel isn't in truck somewhere.

To answer your question can they turn it off... maybe but against federal law so likely they won't do it.

Not sure what you mean OP... did you change ALL tires/wheels..?... If so, you have to drive for 20 Mi or 10 minutes or something like that and then the light will come on.... unless you have the old tires/rims in the box...!!

All 4 are off, I guess I will have to see what the dealer will charge to fix on my 25000 svs or rotate. The rims are alloy from a 2015 taco, rubber stems. my steelies have the sensors in them and in the garage.

If you want to pull the TPMS from the wheels, you can build a cheater cylinder* for the sensors and just keep it in the back of the truck inflated to 35 psig.

    Probably better that cutting wires.
