Can you still buy Dick Cepek DC-1s?

Does any body know where I can find some 16"OR 17" Dc-1s? they seem to be discontinued and I can't find any. I like the DC-2s But prefer the Machine color center cap to the black one and they don't appear to be interchangeable.
Also has anybody ever bought tires off of E-Bay (e-bay stores)? I'm looking at some Nitto T/Gs But a little concerned about quality issues.
