I have had mine for months and never noticed. If they are plastic I am glad to hear it. Most decorative screws end up rusting and ruining the wheel long before its worn out. I was actually very worried untill I got the good news just now. Plastic = good. Steel = bad.

I forgot to mention that I also have 1 1/4" spacers on the stock wheels which give it a more aggressive stance. Just paint yours and use the money for a super charger

 

Haha I wanted to keep my wheels under 800 installed... I don't think I can find a supercharger for $800

 

UPDATE:

Ordered my new wheels tonight. Should arrive in about a week or so which means my stock TRD Sport 17" wheels are now for sale. I will make an official FS thread once they arrive. PM me if interested. Looking for local pick-up in SoCal 91766 and asking $350 firm without tpms or tires. Pics in OP. SOLD

haha sorry Ben, I was more worried about selling my old stuff at the moment.
I ordered the ATX Artillery Teflon coated Black 17x9 6on5.5 -12offset. Should look sick with my AT tires. Also lots of other things ordered and on their way. Need to install my smartstart module (ill send you pics I know you wanted one, found it for $100 on ebay in perfect condition with 6 months left in the subscription still!) also have a CB radio with 4ft antenna, Bed Bar that im picking up and using for the CB antenna as well as my new 42'' lighbar, doing BHLM and maybe retro, possibly lightly tint fogs (or yellow film or crystal blue film) plasti-dip emblems, weathertech floor liners, weathertech window channel visors, and more. All should be done before my surgery at the end of the month.

Next after I recover is wet okoles when the next GB rolls around, another 1-2" of lift by adding coils to my 5100's, and a progressive leaf pack in rear, new UCAm and more. should be a whole new truck pretty soon Eventually want arb bumper too, but thats pretty far down the list.

Only down side is they don't have black lugs in stock so I'm stuck with chrome lugs till next week pics coming soon!

Yours look way darker than mine.... Except in the close up picture.

Did you have problems with your center caps fitting... Mine would not go on the hub, they were too small/tight

where did you get them? on discount tire they only have the bronze at -6 the only black ones they have are at +25 in 17s

 

That is where I got mine. Give them a call. I wouldn't trust the website. They may have to ship from different warehouses, but they should be able to get you a set. If your getting lugs, get the extended thread spline drive type. They sent me the extended acorns and the clearance isn't that great. Workable, but I don't like putting my impact on it.
