So I just had a new A R E fiberglass tonneau installed today.

The shop I bought it from, installed it- We opened it twice in the parking lot - so I know it opened at one time .... by the time I drove it home---

    ah oh

    it won't open ...

the key glides in, I turn it clockwise and the little handle thingy moves -some-, but it seems the right hand side is the one that's not releasing.

I've tried turning the handle as hard as I feel I should go / tried both pushing down when I try to turn the handle or push up while I turn the handle but no luck.

    Any ideas ????

of course, the shop is closed today already, not open tomorrow thru Monday, so Tuesday is the next time I could take it in to the tonneau dealer ....
