Can't upload pics from phone

Although I am a newbie, I have successfully uploaded pictures onto different threads using my Galaxy phone..until today. For some reason, it doesn't do anything when I tap on "choose file." Works fine on my desktop. I don't get it. I re-started my phone, signed back in. No luck. Any suggestions?

yes, it is a jpeg. Typically when I select "Choose File," I then need to select where I am choosing the file from (i.e. Gallery), and then select the picture. But nothing happens when I tap on "Choose File." It seemed to happen overnight and I have not changed any settings or anything. Its weird.

 

Works fine on my s7. what browser are you using? might be some java being disabled.
