Hello, I use my truck a lot for work and outdoor activities. I live In florida, have 2 dogs. I currently spend 300$ every 2 months having my truck detailed because I don't have 5hrs every 2 weeks to get sand and dirt out of this stupid ass carpet. I have weather tech floor liners which have helped from stock but it's not enough. I want to rip all this damn carpet out as my seats have water proof covers the carpet is the only thing left that requires so much time to clean and get smells out of.

Has anyone found a vinyl/ rubber molded floor liner for a crew cab tacoma? I have found them for the tundra but nothing for a tacoma.. any links are greatly appreciated.

No money, all went to truck...
My 2nd gen came with rubber flooring out of factory. I really really miss that option....

I like a clean ride too.

Never thought about the options but yea, why the f*k would they put 'carpet' in these trucks - this isn't a cadillac and
Kim Kardashian ain't gonna be ridin in my truck - I might let her ride in the truck bed but not in the cab...

ACC (Automotive Custom Carpets) does not make a kit yet. I would like to change mine too. I emailed them and asked about a possible group buy. I would be happy to be #1

The cabs are similar. Would the 2nd gen mat fit a 3rd gen?

For ~$450 I'd say try the 2nd gen all weather flooring and take a heat gun to the areas that need remolding

I got this email this morning.

I know it is a very popular truck, the manufacturer (Auto Custom Carpets) just has not made a mold for it yet.

I had a 2015 chebby Colorado extended cab built with the "carpet delete" & Munchkin seat delete" option. Loved the vinyl floor because all I needed to do was wipe the floor with a soapy rag and be done with it.

It would be sweet if someone at Auto Customs Carpets would get off their ass and design one!

I emailed them back about a group buy and how close is the 2015 tacoma layout to our 3rd gens ,if it's applicable.

That would be awesome if they came back and said the 2nd gen was close enough to do like stated above and just heat gun the off spots.. cleaning this carpet is like trying to clean clam chowder out of .y beard.

I would also be down for the group buy. I would buy a few of them to sell here locally..
