none yet. Working on getting a camper shell.
I recently upgraded from a 2003 Toyota Highlander to a 2021 Tacoma TRD Off Road. I love the truck and super happy to find this forum for all the modifications I plan on doing.

One of the things I'm a little annoyed with is the wired carplay situation.

Has anyone tried extending the carplay wire connection through the center console and into the center console storage connectors? Just curious if it was possible. Would be great to have the wire connections hidden in the center console.

I saw most people getting the wireless adapter, sorry but I don’t remember which know. I think it might be CPLAY2air

I saw that too but I think it still needs to plug into the front CarPlay port and I’m trying to avoid the wire out the front.

Reviving an old thread. I moved the CarPlay plug behind the dash and used a USB cable to the wireless CarPlay module I ordered and installed from Amazon. Now I have a hole where the plug was in the dash. It is smaller than the rest of the switches on that panel. Anybody have a part number for the smaller than normal hole cover?

Since I never got a reply from my post above I printed my own.
The color matches up good, the lighting in the garage isn't very good.

I saw he posted this back in 2021 so unsure if he will respond, I created my own file though and did the same thing as him and I can send you a message with it attached.
