In C,H, & M's defense, a bright sunny day wasn't something they planned on because they're such a rare occurrence in that part of the world

I haven't heard Iso Grifo since the 1970s. It was a Chevy Corvette or Ford 351 engine in an Italian body. Made more sense for an American owner than a Ferrari. I actually got to drive a 1970 model back in 1974.

Italian designed, Polish made, hunks of junk.
Especially the second one: trunk in front, engine in the rear, no crumple zones. Front impact kills driver and passenger, and traps anyone still alive in the rear seat.

scrolling through the last few pages, some of these cars genuinely look decent. Thought this thread would be more like this:

Your top picture shows a heavily modded Fiat 126p. Wow. Didn't think that would start in the winter, let alone push snow.

    '87-'91 Tempo/Topaz
The 1987 Tempo AWD sedan listed for $10,138, versus $8,198 for the low-end Tempo GL sedan. You got the 100-horse HSO engine standard in the AWD.
The 4WD hardware only adds 135 pounds and the estimated mileage loss in the 4WD mode is about 1 m.p.g.
A dash button lets you switch from the regular front-wheel mode to four-wheel at any time, moving or standing still.
Interestingly, the Tempo isn`t Ford`s first attempt at 4WD cars. It built a prototype 4WD Fairmont a few years back but decided the market wasn`t big enough at the time to go into production
