cat back exhaust help!

    arb bumper, warn winch, 3 inch lift, piaa's, cb radio
    i have a 95 2.7 L tacoma 4x4 and all the guts in my catillac converter are now im my muffler and took part of my o2 sensor on the way. i want to get a new cat and exhaust system but i have no clue whats best... i dont want it to sound terrible. i want it to sound real clean but possibly help my gas mileage and HP. i plan on just doing a catback for now. any ideas will help. thanks!
