Looking for input about protecting my catalytic converter with a skid plate / shield. My 2006 Double Cab 4x4 has the TRD Sport Package which includes a front skid plate. Does anyone who has the TRD skid plate installed a cat skid plate / shield? Did you have to make any modifications to install the cat shield ? Which cat shield did you purchase? Any issues? Any advice? Appreciate

Are you worried about theft? Or off-roading damages.

Good question…. I’m concerned about theft of the cat.

Did you have to make any modifications to either plate to install both?

No need to mod anything..I would like to have remembered to use locktite
