I had my catalytic converter stolen and have replaced it. Now my check engine lights on and the code is P0420. No exhaust leaks from the replaced cat and am not sure where to check next. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Id check the rear O2 sensor. If its dying and reading slow, it could show poor cat performance.
