My bro got a midland cheap setup with a pa speaker mounted in his bumper....its super loud and super fun.
I found a cb antenna on a RV and need a cb+pa setup...any ideas on a good one and relatively easy to use??

I have a uniden pro538 cb that I bought off Amazon for about $45 an It works great as a CB and PA. I'm using a 50/100w radioshack weatherproof pa speaker that was $27 on eBay.
