mine is terrible right now, having trouble getting it to tune, but I think it's because my radio is mounted right under my head unit.

If you do not want to tear the dash apart or hang it head high try a pedistal mount...2" plate mounts anywhere solid and the 6" -2 piece swivels to allow any number of radios.plus the top plate allows you to bolt your radio bracket for ease of radio removal by just twisting the 5mm knobs...

Antennas can drive you "Nuts" BUT without a good one a $400 radio will sound like $hit...the 102" whip is the "balls" BUT not everyone needs that flopping around.from there you can go crazy....My Lil Wil moves from the Taco to the Camry and my "Mack office" has either my Wilson Silver tips or 2000's......and my Predator 10k awaits my new tool box..I might actually Hard wire a permanent radio into the Taco ..The blue lites of the Magnum might bode well with the interior reds ;)..

    Snoope back quiet
