    I have the same cb radio, but how do you tune it? I see some radios have a knob to tune it, but not seeing one on this model. Is that something that I tune with the swr meter? Im totally new to it and don't know how the swr meter would work with the cb radio? I see a lot of shops would install and wire everything, but they won't tune.

    Here is mine, the unit is mounted under the dash next to the fuse panel. All the controls and screen are on the handheld part. If you dont want to have the cb in the truck, you just unplug it from the dash plug and put it in somewhere for storage.

    You use an swr meter and tune the antenna by shortening or lengthening it.

    Yup. I have had zero issues. I did screw it on though. I figured I could cover the holes with plastidip if I ever need to.
