Merely trying to suggest that the OP would be better served in that marketplace. Seems immediate gratification is required for him to be happy. Most on here will wait for well-designed high quality low-volume domestically made products.

Haha, I know. I was busting your stones. The generation we live in today is instant gratification, unfortunately. Everyone wants what they want before they even knew they wanted it.

I've had nothing but good experience with CBI on both lead time and customer service.

And I'm sure the majority of their customer base has had the same.

Them, like most vendors on here make good, quality, attractive products and it shows by their company size and rapid growth.

Most small businesses struggle with the customer service side of the job because they often feel the bigger obligation is to hit ship dates and that can be very tough to do with the amount of unknowns during the build. You can only plan for so much.

I'd rather pay more for a quality product built in the USA than go to Amazon and buy whatever cheap steel they're selling. I placed the order thinking it'd be like 2 weeks out (is that immediate gratification?) Then, I realized their sales order said it was going to ship a month later. Ok, now can you admit I'm past/over the expectation of "immediate gratification?" Then, the ship date came and went with no update/contact. That's what my review is about. No updates. Long wait.

Quit crying. Good quality products take time. I understand you thought you'd get them sooner, but shit happens. Just stop thinking about it and they'll be there before ya know it.

Or, keep complaining about it. Because that will definitely make them appear quicker.

I hear that. I think they're supposed to arrive this week, so I only have a few more days to complain.

All this talk about immediate gratification got me in the mood. Do you want in on this? Someone said you're packing a high-quality low-volume product that you love to whip out.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

Yep. Because expecting to wait 4 weeks (to ship) is all about instant gratification.
