49/50.. recognize "some form" of concealed carry... not all are "shall issue", ...some are "mother may i issue", to which the answer is oftentimes "NO", if you are a subject in the most communist of states, counties, or municipalities, and the district of corruption..

1. the national reciprocity bill doesn't have a chance of becoming law, so long as the current "makeup" of certain parts of elected national offices remain , ...ahem, that's my attempt to avoid making "political speak" (sigh).

2. you should always, at a minimum, get the CHL for the state you reside in, even if you can do so on an out-of-state license, ...doing so supports concealed carry and gun rights in your home state, giving credibility to the law through numbers - important in the battle w/ antis...
