Cd Player not working after reinstalling battery

I'm sorry if I am reposting but I can't find it anywhere, I have an 05 tacoma double cab with the jbl system after removing the negative end of the battery out and leaving it out for a while (about 4 hours) my cd player wouldn't work anymore i've notice my high beam not working when i put on the high beam but work when i flicker it, the radio work fine my steering wheel buttons work fine but the cd player and the disc button the normal icon on the screen not showing up either except fm blah blah any help? when i press load on the HU it say wait then the sound of the cd moving like normal then nothing happen no green light or nothing no error code just nothing.....
