I was wondering if anyone had a schematic or could explain how to take apart the center console in front of the shifter underneath the radio... (that little pocket plus the cupholders)?
    Thanks,

It's a royal pain in the ass...... it's all clips up there at the cup holders.

After you remove the shifter covers & all that stuff...you need to actually remove the center console in order to give yourself room to move that piece out of the clips. Inside the console, lift out that fuzzy padded thing at the bottom. THere are two screws under there.

From there - you're better off finding a picture of what the clips look like so you'll know which way they come out.

If you use the search function (above) and type in Center console or other words to search for picts. You can also search the factory service manuals for diagrams.
