So I just had my 2019 taco paint corrected and ceramic coated with 9H coating and while it looks great, (as good if not better than when I bought it) when I look close with light shining right on it I can still see swirls and spiderwebbing in places. From distance in regular lighting looks great. Maybe my expectations were too high thinking it would be spotless? Wasn’t sure if anyone else had any experience or insight? Don’t want to take it back and complain if being picky but it’s not cheap so would like to make sure job was done well. Thanks

No, take it back and complain. Not suppose to have those. Evidence of a job poorly done. And proof positive that nobody is going to do a better job than you are. Do it yourself and it will be right.

Just curious to how much this costs. Around how much should I expect to pay? Thinking of getting my truck coated.

Depends on brand and how many coats/ long of warranty it offers but pro between $800-$1400. You can do it yourself for cheaper if you have equipment and feel comfortable doing it

It is as easy as a polymer coat. Do not let it flash too long before you wipe it off. That's the only difference. If you do wait too long, take Essence and buff the haze off, redo the area and you re good to go.
