changing cai filter

    was wondering if changing the filter in my trd cai would have any impact..positive or negative..my trd is pretty oily(not me straight from toyota) and was wondering if i put a "dryer" filter if that would change anything

    get a afe pro dry s filter that will work(fit) on your intake. you'll never have to oil again, and they filter better than oiled filters i believe.

    ya thats what im thinking. the less on the filter the less resistance right??

    08 tacoma standard cab
    15% tinted back window, 25% on sides. Jardine catback exhaust system. horn modification, AFE pro dry S filter and secondary filter removed. All weather toyota tacoma mats.
    yup. ive got a AFE pro dry S drop in. and my truck really does well. idels at about 700 RPMS now.
